Standard memberships are $80 per year, and we now offer the option of purchasing 1, 2, or 3 year memberships.

Student memberships are $40 per year.

Standard ASBTE membership generally applies to the calendar year of payment. Please note that payments received prior to 1st Nov expire at the end of that calendar year e.g. payment on 31st October 2023 expires 31st Dec 2023.

The ASBTE aims to be an inclusive and supportive society. Anyone who is currently experiencing financial hardship is welcome to contact us directly and confidentially to discuss their membership joining or renewal fees.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
Membership in the Australasian Society for Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering gives you a reduced price for our annual meeting attendance. International Biomaterials Societies also often recognise ASBTE as an affiliated society, and thus you should also get reduced rates for most of the international biomaterials meetings hosted by these societies.
